  • On the lake AND in the heart of Downtown Eufaula. Walk to shops, dining and the Yoholo Micco Trail from this great location. This historic home was built in 1882 and served as Eufaula's original town jail prior to its restoration as a city park and now a residential home. Eufaula's "Old Town Jail" is currently listed on the national register of historic places and is one of many historic structures in the town of Eufaula. Beautifully restored and renovated, the home still contains its original features, but includes all the modern amenities and comforts. You will not find a more fascinating and charming home than this, and the location can't be beat! Two bedrooms and 1 bath with 1200 sq feet of living space. Several boat launches located within minutes, and plenty of room to park your vehicles and boat. Dogs are welcome with a $50 non-refundable pet fee. Providence Canyon, AKA the Little Grand Canyon of Georgia is approx 20 miles away.

We loved the house. It was very homey feeling and beautifully decorated. Everything was as described and we had a nice, quiet and relaxing weekend. We have already talked about staying here again in the future! Definitely recommend staying here.

Property was unique and comfortable for our stay. Home felt like an owner was staying there as the fridge had food and condiments left. Surfaces could do with a clean as dust clearly visible on tables snd surfaces.Dishes were minimal with a single wine and beer glass for our stay … minimal kitchen items seemed like an mis mash for a quality stay. Master bedroom tv could be replaced with a smart TV vs local channels.Other than that - nice property, however we would stay elsewhere in the future.

Super cool place to stay, great view, private, cool history. Love the little descriptions hanging in the walkway that give a glimpse into the past. Had everything we needed. Clean, cute, awesome vibe for me and my boyfriend for his birthday trip! Close enough to kolomoki state park and providence canyon, great little walking trail 2 mins from the place as well.

Loved staying at the historic jailhouse! Great location and amenities, close to town, love the outdoor covered deck, and the view is fabulous! Extremely clean and comfortable, will absolutely stay again!

Amazing View - Great Location

Great weekend getaway

It was a nice peaceful stay! Nice little weekend getaway. The teen loved the fishing and the mama loved the view for a tan. Would highly recommend. :)
