55sqm, very large Studio around the corner from Palm Beach ferry. There is a BBQ and outside eating area as well as kitchenette , own bathroom and shared laundry . 2 bus stops outside to WoyWoy train station and the beginning of Ettaling Beach coastal walk. Beaches, boat hire facilities, Stand up paddling lessons - all right here at the doorstep . Cafes, restaurants, Ettalong Galleria markets and Cinema 100m away.

Walking distance to ferry going to Palm Beach. Close to Cinema Paradiso, shops and cafes, including Coast and Thai Space.

A below average getaway that didn't meet expectations.
Communication between the owner and I was intermittent, I paid for 5 nights but due to work commitments I couldn't get there for the first night so I donated the first night with no offer of refund. When I did turn up, late on the second night at 5pm due to car issues no access code was provided to the property, after several attempts too contact the owner by phone and texts, I think it was 7 called and 14 texts, with no success I was locked out for 4 hours in the cold until the owner finished work. The bed wasn't made, crockery was dirty, shower was dirty with mould, then there was the early morning Barking Dog daily and the owner yelling at it made for a great sleep in as you could imagine. Very deceiving photos, main street with regular traffic noise, location was next to a bus stop just outside the bedroom window. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and wouldn't stay again, the area was great CBD and shops.

Fantastic little place.
We love this place. The host is lovely & very helpful. The artworks are beautiful, which helps to make this a very unique little spot almost in the heart of Ettalong & 2 minutes from the ferry & beach. Highly recommended.

The studio was comfortable & spacious. I would suggest that the host get the place fumigated. Lots of little cockroaches in the bathroom & kitchen area.

Location, Location, Location!!
Just across the road from Gallery Paradisio and it's unique cinema, a short walk to the shops and a stone's throw away from the waterfront and Palm Beach ferry. Couldn't have asked for more!! However add to this a quality, eclectic studio - reasonably priced - and a wonderful host well we couldn't have been happier. Thank you Irmgard😊

Stylish and creative place with ample space, a very comfortable bed. Very clean and near cafes, restaurants, ocean. I will stay there again!

Excellent accommodation
The studio is well appointed, clean and in a great location. The back patio and garden were magical. The host is a lovely person that nothing was too much trouble for. Can't recommend highly enough. Will absolutely stay again.

Good accomodation with everything you need. Being right on the road we found it a bit noisy. Owner lives upstairs which we did not know. However Imarg was extremely nice and helpful.

This place is a gem, location is perfect, everything is just around the corner, cafes, shops and restaurants. Unit is bright with lovely touches to make it your home away from home. Take a ferry ride to Palm Beach, wharf is next to the building. Definitely will stay again.

Marvellous Ettalong
Lovely accomodation, which we really only used for sleeping as we were in Ettalong for a family occasion. Very handy to shops, hotel, clubs and public transport. The studio itself was spotless and had everything that was needed for our stay and is really roomy so no claustrophobia here. It has everything you need if you are having meals at home during your stay and is very close to the beach. So all in all a good value accommodation choice.

Cosy studio in a great location
We had a lovely 5 nights in this great, well-equipped studio apartment. It’s even more spacious than the photos suggest, has a very comfy bed and access to a beautiful garden. Irmgard was incredibly helpful about check-in, family coming to visit, and my husband leaving his iPad behind! She also left us a lovely bottle of wine 😊 We’ll definitely be back next time we’re visiting family in the Central Coast!
