Great location, friendly , professional and accommodating staff

People are very friendly. They served me passionately. Facility and location are superb. I stayed at another 5 star hotel nearby , not as good as this one. Will definitely recommend to friends.

We had a quick stay only 2 nites but we absolutely loved the hotel. They organized a personal driver to take us to Fatima. Also very accommodating with all our needs.

This place was great. It was spacious for our family. We had a few hiccups, getting the door unlocked and with the power, but the guest was super responsive and helpful with this. We have no complaints and thought the location was great. It was the perfect spot between the hustle and bustle of the city and Sintra.

Outstanding! The location is ideal. The staff is attentive and eager to assist with any recommendations be dinning options or what to see and do. We plan to visit again. I wish I could keep it a secret.

We loved our 7 night stay. The location is perfect and you can walk to restaurants, shops, the beach and train station from the hotel. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and are very helpful. We could not fault them in any way. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable. The rooms were quiet and some have a balcony. My 22 year old granddaughter and I totally enjoyed our 3 nights here in early September, 2014 at the end of our ten day holiday in Portugal. Out of all the hotels that I have ever stayed in Europe, the Grande Real Villa Italia & Spa was the best hotel! Located in a beautiful beach community, this location is ideal for a wonderful outdoor pool and close to the water for beach adventures. Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. After checking in we were given a tour of the hotel which was beautiful and breathtaking (the photos online do not do this hotel justice). I adore this property! I went on a solo trip. The staff is so kind, the food is wonderful, the scenery is divine, and my spa experiences were some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!

This location was within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and Rainha beach. The quality of the bed and linens and the attention to detail was impeccable. it was like being in a protected oasis and Marco and the staff were so sweet and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, also very helpful if you’re running up to Sintra or sightseeing. We would highly recommend!
