First, I am a hilton honors member and I seek out their properties first when I travel. I have stayed with this hampton inn before and was pleased so we returned to stay. My unsatisfactory rating is for our room only. It felt uncleaned even when we had housekeeping. The rug or room smelled musty. A tiny piece of rug was missing. I think the rug needs to either be deep cleaned or replaced. On day 2 of stay, I ended buying air fresheners to help with the musty smell. I didn’t change the room as I didn’t have patience and time to do it and we were out of the room most of the time. Other than the room issue, the location is safe and convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming especially the ladies at breakfast. It was super clean and always stocked. Always with a smile each morning…thank you for your hospitality ladies! We loved the grab and go breakfast bags! Hampton inn please attend to the king suite on the third floor 312~#~ with the tiny piece of rug missing. I love your hotel brands and I would want others to feel the same. Thank you.
