Embassy Suites always provides comfortable and safe lodging. Complimentary hot breakfast & evening social hour with tasty treats and beverages added an extra touch, especially for those not interested in going out. This particular location (Estero) could have used a little attention with their front door, lobby & elevators floors. During our 2 night stay, no one seemed to notice the dirty spots from the door to the elevator (high traffic areas). Pool area was also comfortable. Nice to have fitness center available on site too! Overall, a great stay! All staff were very attentive and courteous.

This is a very lovely property. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with anything you asked. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Free parking is a bonus. There are several restaurants to choose from that are within walking distance. I would recommend this property and would definitely return here.

Outdated. Photos online were much nicer than hotel actually is. Happy hour ever is chips and only certain drinks. Restaurant is not open during the day. Only 5pm. No airport shuttle.

The property was very nice, the pool was clean, and the rooms were clean as well. what we didn't like was the food. Might have been the worst hotel breakfast food we have ever had.

The check in staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was attended to daily. A few areas of the facility could have been better maintained: garbage near the fence in the pool area, walls around trash cans, etc
