Cortijo del Mar Resort is a beautiful apartment complex in Andalusian style with modern interiors, strategically located between Estepona and Marbella, with easy access in just ten minutes via the A-7 motorway. This closed complex offers total security with free underground parking, cameras and 24/7 concierge service throughout the year. Surrounded by lush gardens maintained daily, it creates a fresh and tropical atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The apartment for 4 people has 2 bedrooms and 105 m² full of light and comfort.

The interior design is modern and personalised, with light furniture and colour touches that bring warmth. The living-dining room is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, satellite TV, wifi and free safe. Additionally, the home automation system allows controlling blinds, sound and lights to create unique environments. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and more. The bathrooms have a hydromassage shower and jacuzzi bathtub for complete comfort.
