「Although we only stayed one day, we enjoyed our time there. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the desk staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Not being familiar with Aix-en-Provence, she gave us a map and marked some good places to visit in a day, along with making some restaurant suggestions. The hotel’s location was also great for us as it’s right next to the Old Town and we could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Finally, the buffet breakfast was delicious,...

「I did not notice that I was charged for breakfast without my consent. It is my fault not to notice this when they issued my receipt. However, the fundamental cause of this was charging me what I did not use by default. I should have been more careful. I don’t know if this happened on purpose or not, yet they should not do this anyway. For the rest of my experience was good.」
