We certainly understand that every detail is very important and are very sorry we fell short in a few areas of your stay. It is our understanding from our conversation with you that the hot water was due to the faucet not working as it should have but that you were able to get hot water and we will be looking at fixing or replacing the facet today to ensure it is operating normally. We are very sorry that the team member that you reported the issue did not listen and respond in the customer-focused approach that we would expect, this will be addressed with them. We are terribly sorry the mini-fridge froze some items, we certainly understand that it would not be your expectation nor our hope for this to happen. As is customary for resort properties like ours, a 50 per night authorization is collected upon check in to provide a line of credit for any additional charges during your stay. For an Expedia reservation like yours, this would have been applied to cover the resort fee and any additional charges from the spa, restaurants, or lobby café & gift shop. Should the expected charges go beyond the 50/night amount, an additional hold is automatically taken to ensure funds are available to collect the projected balance due. The hold is released upon check-out when the balance is collected but may take a few days to finalize on online banking. We're committed to making necessary improvements and hope to have the opportunity to restore your faith in our hotel and hospitality.
