"Excelente"

"The staff was very polite and efficient."

"Located in a quiet corner of town, this hotel offers secure gated parking just half a block away. While the bathroom sink has only cold water, the shower provides hot water with excellent pressure. Great coffee and sweet bread is available from 8:30–10:30am. Despite cold, 50°F nights making the bed chilly initially, the bedding is very comfortable once warmed up. From our room on the second floor you get a wake up call from the crowing roosters."

"Beautiful and historic hotel. A gem in Tlaxcala."

"Great option"

"What Diamond! Great place to stay."

"The whole staff is super nice and friendly."

"excelente"

"Great stay. Would highly recommend."

"Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating."

"We arrived after a long stretch of driving and we were pulling a trailer. The staff went out of their way to assist us in parking the trailer in a secured area in their parkade and also walked us down the street to a restaurant to ensure it was still open and food would be available. Way above and beyond service!"

"Bonito Hotel"

"Beautiful hotel"

"Un buen lugar para descansar después de visitar el santuario de las luciérnagas. Muy atento el personal y los servicial para el motivo de estar con la naturaleza muy bien y Pricila, vistas al Iztaccíhuatl geniales. Solo estar preparados por las noches por el frío que puede hacer, las fogatas ayudan pero también ir bien abrigados"

"The view and walking distance to centro."

"Staff was very polite and helpful, parking right in the property, a small gym and a yard. New property. Very good stay."

"The Hotel is nice and clean just a suggestion ... have an extra blanket because in this time of the year is cold and the hotel doesn't have a heater, also just check your towels some of them are really old. Other than that is close to everything, the food is good the staff are all nice."
