Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire villa and the expansive outdoor areas with a pool (can be heated upon request), gazebo and hot tub as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee, access to a washer and dryer and access to streaming apps on the 4k smart TVs.

The Neighborhood:
This stunning villa is nestled within the foothills of North Inland San Diego, overlooking the beautiful Lake Hodges. It is only 10 minutes from the heart of Escondido, rich in history and culture and one of the oldest cities in San Diego County. You’ll also be an easy 10-minute drive from the city of Rancho Santa Fe, giving you a great central base to explore the area in style.

Just minutes from your door, you’ll find the world-class California Center for the Arts, vibrant sculpture gardens, and a charming downtown lined with restaurants, museums, art galleries, and eclectic shops.

Escape to the savannas of Africa at the 1,800-acre San Diego Zoo Safari Park a 15-minute drive away where you’ll witness more than 3,500 rare and exotic animals roaming free within several large habitats. Venture into the enclosures aboard the African Tram to view giraffes, rhinos, antelope and more then come face-to-face with animals from a Caravan, Cart or Behind-the-Scenes Safari or soar like a California condor over the wildlife with a Flightline Safari.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with private parking included with your stay.

If you don’t have a car, you can also use a taxi or a rideshare service like Lyft or Uber with plenty of cars available at all times of the day and night.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home!

This home will be stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer and iron, and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!

Please be aware that the pool is left unheated, but can be heated for an additional daily fee. We will need you to reach out to us at least 24 hours before your stay begins so we can begin the process. There is a $200/day fee for heating the pool. Heating the pool can only be done remotely by us so please be sure to reach out if you are expecting a heated pool.

Interaction with Guests:
