The Big House in the Heart of Errol

  • This rustic house was built in the 1950s and has been a part of the history of Errol. It is located next to the Androscoggin River, perfect for white water rafting trips, hunting, fishing, boating. The state boat launch is a 1/2 mile down the road.
    The house has a game room including air hockey table, and board games.
    There is plenty of room for a big group of people. Two car garage, big front and back yard. Cozy double granite fireplace. Free parking.
    6 burner grill on the patio and chairs to relax.
    Soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sheets, pillows all provided. Complimentary coffee with individual creamer and sugar provided.
    Old school oven and stove. The kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking utensils.
    Easy instructions provided on how to light the pilot light in the stove.
    Two showers.
    Dining room.
    Baby crib and booster seat provided free of charge.
    Free WiFi.
    Fire pit outside. Do not bring firewood across state lines! Firewood will be provided free of charge.
