This new stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips in Emporia, KS! With close proximity to the Downtown Historic District (~ 1 mile), this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a spacious living room and dining, a full kitchen, a 2-car garage and driveway, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, keyless entry, etc. Lots of fun things to do! Disc golf at Peter Pan Park, Gravel Cycling, and exploring the Historic Downtown. While indoors, get cozy! Cook a meal, watch movies, and play some board games.

Just so you know, our neighborhood is close to the train tracks, so it has a potential for noise. But we provide earplugs for all our guests during their stay in case they need them for a good night's rest.

Great Stay
House was very clean! The hosts left us some nice chocolates from a local establishment, which is a very nice touch. Communication was easy and hosts very responsive. They were kind enough to contact us before our stay to let us know about the train being close as it seemed to have bothered a previous guest. The trains do come thru often. I could hear them quite well when I was awake. They never woke any of my family members up. (Maybe we were exhausted? Or just old? Lol) The town of Emporia is quite nice! Wish we had more time to really explore, but we were in the area for a funeral, so it means we would just need to make another visit! I would definitely stay at this property again.

Nice, Clean, Safe Home
I stayed at Casa Blanca with my wife, our two young children and another couple and their young child. I received the check-in instructions well ahead of time and had no problems. The house has clearly been updated and they did a very nice job. We went to the local splash pad and park, which was very nice. There is a large train station right by the house and the trains do run very frequently. We slept with sound machines and while we could still hear the trains, it did not affect our sleep. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Very cute and clean!
This house was perfect for us. Very clean, looked like it had been remodeled recently. The property manager was very responsive to us if we needed anything! The location was about a 15 minutes walk to downtown. We traveled here for the Unbound Gravel race and it was a great location to the starting line. The only downside was it sits right by a train track. The trains run all day and all night. They were quite loud. If you can sleep through a train, then you’ll be just fine!
