「The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. 「The host (Arden) is responsive, kind, and supportive in meeting our requests. The house is situated centrally to our needs Berkeley campus, Oakland, grocery stores, etc). 「This is a recently renovated house. The kitchen is well stocked with new everything. The beds are comfortable. The decor is nice. Appreciated having laundry soap, cloth napkins, the back deck, enough TP, Kleenex box, shower amenities, and nice towels. The location is prime as it is near our family and close to a plethora of good restaurants. Host was responsive to questions.One suggestion is to add screens to all windows and sliding glass doors.」

「Lana was great. Location was close to interstate and easy to navigate around the area. Two king beds were great and the other room has 2 beds. Everyone had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with Lana was amazing. She repsonded quickly to all our questions and needs. Not sure when we will come this way again but will stay here if we do!」
