  • Escape to this beautifully designed, newly built one-bedroom beach condo in a private community with easy beach and pool access. “The Beach House” occupies the entire bottom level. Beach chairs and shade are provided for convenience. A sleeping nook in the living room is perfect for little ones, while a private bedroom and full bath complete the space. Enjoy Emerald Isle and the Spinnaker’s Reach in this new, perfectly appointed space.

Wonderful stay close to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at The Beach House! The location is private and feels very secure. We greatly appreciated the kitchen and living room space. The bedroom and bathroom are both convenient and comfortable. One change I would ask the owners’ to make is updating the bedding in the main bedroom, but that is us being picky. The golf cart was wonderful to use to visit our family that was staying in the neighborhood as well. Overall, just a fantastic place to stay for a small family or couple!
