Located on a high dune, this almost oceanfront home has large open and covered decks with ample furnishings, and offers expansive views of the ocean and sound from all levels! The beach access is across the street and just three houses down, making hitting the sand and sea just a five-minute adventure! Almost Beachfront is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.

Total Bedding includes 3 kings, 4 doubles, and two twins.

Ground Level: The living room has a flat-screen TV. The dining area can also be found on this level of the home as well as a galley kitchen with granite countertops and a stainless steel stove, microwave and refrigerator with an attached ice maker. Oceanview bedroom #1 has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and shares a full bathroom with bedroom #1. There are two outdoor showers with a seemingly never-ending supply of hot water!

Level One: Master bedroom #3 has a king bed, a full bathroom, and beautiful views of the ocean. Bedroom #4 has two double beds and a breathtaking ocean view. Bedrooms #3 and #4 open up to a large covered oceanview deck. Bedroom #5 has two double beds and beautiful views of the sound. Bedrooms #4 and #5 share a full bathroom.

Level Two: Another large open living and dining area can be found on this level of the home and it boasts stunning cathedral ceilings! The fully-equipped kitchen on this level (yes, there are two full kitchens at Almost Beachfront) has stainless steel appliances including a dual-oven stove, a microwave, a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher and granite countertops. Master bedroom #6 has a king bed, a full bathroom, and ocean views. The living area, dining area, and master bedroom all overlook the sound and ocean via large windows and a convenient ocean deck off the living room.

Additional Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! This home also boasts the luxury of two full kitchens, dining spaces, and living areas! Several TVs are scattered throughout the home for your entertainment pleasure and you will have access to basic cable channels and a Roku for your steaming needs. There is a charcoal grill on the property so you can enjoy an evening cookout! Enjoy deck access from several parts of the home and a picnic table to sit at while you eat an outdoor meal with your family and/or friends!

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! No cats. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday-Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3-night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
