Perched on the top floor of Pier Pointe, Above the Tide is a bright and breezy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that brings you closer to ocean views and vacation vibes. Located just one row back from the beach, this third-floor retreat offers an oceanside porch perfect for sipping coffee, reading a book, or simply soaking in the salty breeze.
The space
Inside, you’ll find a queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room—perfect for small families or a getaway with friends. Linens are provided and beds are made for your arrival, so you can start relaxing the moment you walk in the door.

Enjoy central air & heat, a well-stocked kitchen with a Keurig, upgraded wireless internet, and flat screen Smart TVs in both the living room and master bedroom. Whether you're streaming your favorite show or cooking up a fresh seafood dinner, this condo has everything you need to feel right at home.

When you're ready to explore, Pier Pointe has you covered with two pools, grills, tennis and pickleball courts, and even an EV charging station.
