Well stocked kitchen so we could cook and grill at home as well as several nearby places to eat out. Short walk/drive down to the beach. We rented a golfcart to make this easier but be warned, the neighborhood is boxed in by "no golfcart" roads so there is no where other than the beach to drive to. Everything was clean.
