"One of the most comfortable hotels in Minneapolis. Bed was perfect and pillows were double sized. Amazing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel by Thisworks. View from the window was incredible. Staff was really friendly. "

"I was in town for less than 24 hours, and in both the hotel and my room for what was, in all likelihood, just about the bare minimum of time. Still, I found the room spacious, the bed comfortable, and the water pressure respectable. My lone complaint is that it took some work to get the TV to display broadcast channels. The front desk was no help in that regard, suggesting that I simply do without, which I found unacceptable. This could have been prevented if they instruct caretakers to ensure the TV is on the correct HDMI input during the room clean. Overall, the price was right, it was directly adjacent to my venue (Pantages Theatre), and within easy walking distance to great bars and restaurants, for which they had flyers provided, and which for which I was very grateful."

Arenza's cheerfulness and professionalism made the stay particularly enjoyable. You'll like nearby "Cup of Java" for coffee and breakfast."
