A fully equipped holiday apartment with kitchen, bathroom and balcony awaits you with a breathtaking view of the Wilder Kaiser and Ellmau, right on the ski slope that leads to the new Hartkaiserbahn in Ellmau.
The apartment is on the 1st Floor of the Berghof apartment complex (approx. 900m asl) and is approx. 700m from the center.

The Berghof has around 100 residential units that are used as holiday apartments and primary residences. In the entrance area and the hallways, the Berghof still shows the charm of the 70s (please see the pictures, please let me know if you would like more pictures).

The windows of the apartment were completely renewed in 2016.

Bed linen, towels, dishcloths, toilet paper, tabs for the dishwasher must be brought along.
Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee of € 10 / person / week.

The final cleaning is included in the rental price.

The tourist tax is not included in the price.

The price includes a € 90 deposit, which will be deducted from the visitor's tax after the stay and refunded,
