This home was adequate. There is a good bit of delayed maintenance that should be done. The back doors are sagging off their hinges and the front door does not close tight. The kitchen was good and well stocked. There were random food items in one cabinet that in my opinion can attract bugs or other vermin.

Fantastic Get Away

The cabin was even better than described. We had so much fun and finding a game closet was amazing. The cabin was clean and dog friendly. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard and hung out on the screened porch as we enjoyed the hot tub! The location was great as we were close by to other activities like horseback riding. We will see if the cabin is available for our next adventure. Thank you!

Disappointed.

I reserved this property for an anniversary. I wanted a property with a hot tub. At 3pm Friday. I got a text I could check in and the codes and such would come in a few minutes-never came. I reached out 3 hours later when we were closer to the cabin. We turned on the hot tub to warm it up while we went to dinner. Hoping to hop in the hot tub for an awhile and watch TV. Arrived home, hot tub at 80, batteries dead for the living room TV, the bedroom TV was not a Smart TV to stream. the house instructions were, there was no cable and you would have to stream using your own account . I reached out to the management company. And explained all the issues. At 1st on text but that was definitely A1 problem solving. When I called they had to look up if I had paid for the hot tub access. There was a notebook but it had no instructions to the hot tub or streaming services. I spoke to several folks. I am guessing the call center is not in the US. Each time they would give me basic problem solving that I already did. I am aware it takes a few hours to warm up a hot tub. But we were at 17 hours. Finally a local management company reached out Sat at 11am. And they brought batteries, then came back and installed a Roku device around 6pm Saturday and told me the hot tub could not be repaired for our stay. They did refund a small amount for the inconvenience. Talking to the national/international call center was so frustrating. It was obvious they did not know the property.

Friends just relaxing for enjoying times

There was a leak in the roof but there was alot of rain. Not alot but is is coming down the fan in your living room sorry just now remember to tell you. We loved the house and really enjoyed our stay

Pictures are deceiving

The house was not as large as pictured in listing. Bedrooms and Bath were clean enough, but the kitchen was a mess. Everything was unorganized and dirty. Oven starter smoking when turned on. The stove itself was greasy. The cabinets had crumbs from previous guest. Was disappointed having to clean before using the kitchen. Oh yeah the ice tray had a taste of soap. Had to buy ice.

Great little cabin

Our group ranged in age from 68 to 82. We needed a place that was easily accessible for all the bedrooms and kitchen being on the main floor was wonderful. So neat, clean, cozy and scenic it was a wonderful place.

Cabin was as advertised. Needs some gardening work and better lightning in kitchen. Would have loved a shower im the master bathroom.

Our stay was very much what we expected in a girls get away.

The cabin is located in an excellent location, well situated between Ellijay and Blue Ridge. There is a wonderful view of mountains from screened porch. The bedrooms have double beds and each has its own tv. We were late arriving and cabin was not clean. After calling company to complain three ppl came up the mountain and cleaned. We were well pleased with their response. Would recommend!

Great Mini Vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was somewhat private. We didn't hear any neighbors. Screened in porch made it very joyful to get in the hot tub. The fenced in fire pit with setting was excellent for our dog. I was greatly surprised to see how much room was in the cabin. The three bedrooms with the king size beds was very spacious. The dinning room felt a little luxurious, made me feel special when the guys cooked on the grill, set the table and even lit candles. Loved the trip. I wanted to leave it the same way I found it, worked hard to do that. I would diffidently stay again. It was a little pricey for me though. I will have to save up for a while before my next stay. Sincerely

A relaxing FALL experience!

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Windy dirt road leading to a well maintained cabin in the woods packed with board games, movies, fooseball for hanging around the cabin. Many apple orchards and farm markets to visit in the area to satisfy the cider donut, fudge and fall goodies. If hiking is your thing, the beginning of the AT is a short drive.

Road to “Wonderland”; Great once you get there.

Nice cabin, but it is at the end of a very long road that is not maintained properly. How about grade the road, fill in all the pot holes and ruts people! Property Management fees are too high. Consider some kind of reward program. We rent through you often.

Loving getting real and natural

The online experience was a bit deceptive, you see a low price but then the bottom line is double what you'd expect and sometimes tripled. But of the different ones I was looking at you were the most straight forward. The location of the cabin was everything they said and all we wanted. The cabin was overall clean and all that is advertised. The Jacuzzi bath tub needs the jets cleaned out, it sprayed out black chunks. The furniture around the fire pit was unsafe to sit on. We had to buy chairs. The hammock was weather rotted. But it was so rustic and natural. We even evjoyed the scorpions. My grandson Michael wanted to catch them and bring them home. They left us alone and we left them alone. We all thoroughly loved and enjoyed our stay. Getting real and natural. Crystal and Andy Ladeau

Relaxing get Away

Property was very well managed. We had an issue with losing water pressure. I called to report it, and within the hour, we had an investigation completed, and reason why, and a time table of it being fixed. Excellent response and customer service. I would only say be ready for the long slow drive to the cabin through the mountain. It took a quite a long time to drive up and down the "driveway", which negated any quick trips to the grocery store or anything like that. Overall the stay was great!! Would definitely stay again.
