If you're looking for a peaceful place for you and your family to enjoy and make memories, look no further. Enjoy the elegance of this tastefully decorated home directly across the street from a 942 acre Wildlife Management Area and minutes from the restaurants, shops and ski resorts of Ellicottville. 2.8 miles to town, 3.7 miles to Holimont and 4 miles to Holiday Valley. Cuddle up fireside, play games with the kids, make s'mores in the fire pit. Work out in the gym! Super Fast Wi-Fi (378 Mbps download speed and 232.1 Mbps upload speed, very fast!!) and a dedicated workspace for those that need to do a little work. You will love this place. Relax in the Hot Tub, do a light work out, make s'mores in the fire put. This place has it all.

Perfect Girls weekend!
The house was perfect for a girls stay! Super close to town, like 5 min. It was a perfect location . Owner was super responsive . The only thing that wasn’t stocked well, was hand & dish towels and face cloths. I would recommend to bring hand towels and face cloths. There was only one dish towel and no hand towels so we had to use face cloths to dry hands. But all in all, we would come back for another stay. They were VERY well stocked with wood for the fireplace and place was very clean.

Home away from home …
My family and I had a wonderful stay at the house for a couple days. It was very relaxing and the four of us enjoyed the fire pit every night. The owner was always a text away. And replied very quickly to anything I questioned. Thank you for a lovely stay at your home away from home. Micki & Dan

Ideal for our large family!
This well put together place was country private but easy to get to and a short couple of miles from town. Great comfortable spaces inside for our whole group and cozy private spaces perfect for reading and a kid who needed to work on online college courses. We used the fire pit every night and we were grateful for the abundance of firewood that was available. The coffee bar was well stocked and what a great large porch! Felt like home, we’d definitely stay again.

Great get away stay!
My family and my friends stayed at this house for a birthday get away. This house is beautiful. It was clean, tech savy, tastefully decorated. The porch and fire pit were awesome. The owners were available by text through Vrbo for questions. Only took 5 minutes or so by car to get into Ellicottville. Highly recommend this property. Plus with 4 beds, 3 queen, 1 king; a trundle which is perfect for 2 kids, and several couches, there's room for everyone. Worked perfectly for my group.

Perfect winter getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed cabin surrounded by trees and streams. The cabin was well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing family vacation but close enough to town if you want to hit the shops and many restaurants Ellicottville has to offer. The modern furnishings and cozy fireplace were perfect after a day on the slopes. We look forward to returning in the summer and hope to rebook this lovely home!
