Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Remove all trash: Please empty all trash prior to leaving and bring it to the the dumpster located at the end of Thornbush Road (down at the very end of the street). Strip used beds
Place sheets and towels in laundry area. Fireplaces in the living room / master bedroom are turned off Log out of any streaming services on the TV that you signed into.
Turn off all lights and electronics. Set the thermostat to 65°F heat in winter / 72°F cool in summer. Load and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes. Close and lock all windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
