"Our visit was great and the breakfast was good. One thing that did not sit well with me though. I got a call at 1115pm from I assume a guest there, who threatened to tow my vehicle since it was supposedly in their spot. I did not see any designated parking spots as the spots in front of my room were taken as well. So I had to get up and move my work van and the next morning I wake up and no one is in the spot I moved my van from. I have the phone number for this pathetic guest if that is needed. Outside of that, great lil stay in Kanab."

"This place is falling apart: dirty carpets walls , chipped doors, a million year old bathrooms with stinking sinks (the sink is outside the bathroom and the sewage smell came out of the sink drain - it was disgusting. If I hadn’t arrived late at night, I’d have left. For this price it’s absolutely bananas to get a dirty motel."

"I want to clarify that the hotel is nice, but the bed and couch were so uncomfortable that I ended up checking out at 4 AM. I couldn’t sleep, and on top of that, the people upstairs kept making noise. Second, we went to the pool and didn’t even get to enjoy it. When we arrived, there were about nine high schoolers in the pool. At first, we thought, “whatever,” but then more showed up from the entrance in the back. I’m not sure if one of the boys’ moms works there and that’s how they got in, but I have two teenagers myself, and they were being very disrespectful and loud with each other, so we didn’t even stay 15 minutes. As we were leaving, another couple was about to get into the pool, but once they saw the boys, they turned around and went back inside the hotel. You pay to enjoy all the amenities, and this experience was really disappointing. I understand the pool has to be shared among hotel guests, but I didn’t realize it was open like a community pool. We had already seen these kids around town, and they seemed to be up to no good. It’s such a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful town, but after this experience, I’m not sure I would come back."

"We had an amazing time staying here. If only there could be more dog-centric lodging like this throughout the world. The details from the welcoming board, a decent size fenced green space for the dogs, pullout dog bed, buildings where dogs are welcome to join, layout of the entire complex and cleanliness of property throughout & there’s even a dog wash station open 24/7. There’s even a section dedicated to information of a partner rescue organisation with some great items for sale for both dogs as well as humans to support the org. They even had live outdoor music performance on a Saturday night! We would definitely come back again if we’re ever back in Kanab!"
