Come stay in our fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment downtown in the historic district on Main St. You'll be one block from our beautiful waterfront, our downtown restaurants, entertainment, and brewery. You'll have your own reserved parking spot directly across the street from the entrance. You can also enjoy 24hr access to the gym downstairs. Over 15 classes per week are offered that you may join in as well for free. We even have 2 beach cruisers you can use to explore our beautiful city.

This small apartment was perfect for what we needed and was equipped with everything you would need. It was very clean and we walked the entire downtown every night and visited most of the restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment. We weren't able to watch tv as the internet cut out most of the time but that was ok for us. We didn't use the gym but looks like a good time.

Really nice property, very clean, safe, great communication with owner/manager.Location is great, right downtown, easy access to restaurants and some local breweries. The access to the gym downstairs was also a great plus! Would definitely stay here again on a future visit

Great place!

Well appointed, responsive hosts and amazing location. Despite being above a gym and right on Main St. surprisingly quiet but still great access to dining and nightlife. Experienced things I never did when I lived there. We visit family often and this we be our go-to accommodation from now on.

We loved the apartment! It had everything a family could need. It’s was clean with many amenities. The park spot was convenient. The washer and dryer was a definite plus as we were a family of 4 traveling for 10 days from Texas. The bed and bedding were nice and comfortable. The extra bed mat and bedding was comfy as well. The host was there when needed to answer any questions. Thank you for providing us with an awesome place to stay! We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Perfect weekend getaway

We loved our stay here! It was wonderful and provided us with the perfect location to walk to the water, restaurants, and bars, and to get coffee. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable but smaller than it looked in the pictures. The stairs getting to the apartment were much steeper than I anticipated. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone with small children.

The place was clean and well maintained. Central located in the heart of downtown Elizabeth City. About 5 minutes away from Elizabeth City State University, right by the water front. Anywhere you need to go in town is just a short trip away. The apartment was quite we didnt hear noise from anything. For sure on our list to stay at again.

We have stayed at this property twice.We travel 13 hours each way to see our grandchildren about every 3 months.This area is a perfect location.Shops and restaurants are walkable as it is in the historic downtown area.It is also right across from the water front.The absolute only draw back for someone would be the walk up the stairs.We don’t mind it however.The other is the mattress is a memory foam,and lends no support for anyone with the slightest back isssue. I gave 5 stars because neither of these things outweigh the positives with this property!

Hidden treasure

I must admit my initial reaction to the antique building in which I would stay raised my brows but once inside, I found my apartment to be stylishly perfect and definitely the opposite of the outward appearance. The host was easy to communicate with. Lots to see and do within walking distance. Many of the stores in the historic district were vacant which took away from the overall appeal BUT the streets are safe and the occupied buildings are home to some really great restaurants (The Mills, Hoppin' Johnz), breweries, coffee shops, wine bars, and other unique offerings. I wish I'd have been able to stay longer as I think I only scratched surface of Elizabeth City. If you're not a fan of stairs, this apartment wouldn't work for you. If I go back I'd love to stay in the very same apartment.

Place was great. Needed a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare a Thanksgiving meal and it worked out very well. Enjoyed some of the eateries and bars nearby (Cypress Creek, Seven Sounds, Hoppin’ Johnz). Overall, a very pleasant stay.
