We only stayed one night in this property. The location is excellent - very close to The Gate of India meaning that you can walk to a number of different places eg colaba causeway. The property itself is quite hidden away and doesn't look that impressive from the outside, however inside it is very well set up. It is quite small so not on the scale of much larger hotels. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast in the morning was very good. Despite the central location it was not noisy at night.

The Leela has the best customer service I have experienced in India. They are attentive, fast and informative. Govind helped us with our bags in the very early morning after a long day of travel. He was kind, courteous and helpful. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast. My husband just casually mentioned that the hollandaise could be a bit more tart and requested some lemons to squeeze over the top of his Benedict. The chef came out and asked how he could improve the hollandaise and gave us free lattes. The hotel is impeccably clean and one of the best showers I have ever had. I will definitely stay here again.
