This hotel is like an oasis in the desert.very reasonable priced food and drink . The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly reccomend it. .

We only stayed one night as we had an early flight the following morning. I was glad that there was availability to upgrade to a room with a seating area, a must if the weather is poor. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant was excellent. A big thank you to the maintenance gentleman- as trying to put the Netflix code into the TV proved somewhat difficult! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice clean Hotel. Staff friendly the only thing we were a little disappointed about was that the Spa and Suna was not available before 2 pm yet the check out was for 12 noon.

Not great!
Overall disappointed due to air conditioning not working leaving us with a very warm night, no soaps in bathroom, overall smell of drains, no info about wifi, no tea/coffee - all not helped by very surly taxi driver on the way there.

Uncomfortable stay
Apart from the location been near to the airport and the friendly and helpful staff, we did not have a good night sleep because it was too warm and the aircon was not working! Ended up having the window wide open, however, we were awaken early by the noises from the nearby road. Unfortunately, we were not able to make coffee/tea as there was no kettle in the room! Quite disappointing!

Terrible night sleep
Arrived late so chose this hotel because you can check in upto 5am which is good. Due to it being so late just wanted to go to sleep. Unfortunately the toilet would've stop running all night and it did smell of drains. The heat was unbearable in the room and none of us slept. When we mentioned it in the morning, they said because it is winter the heat was on and not the aircon. Why when it is 25 degrees daytime and 15 degrees at night would you have the heat on and not have the facility of opening the windows. I cannot comment on the breakfast because we didn't stay for it (we were all rather grumpy) and couldn't wait to get out.

Great place for a stop if arriving or leaving Alicante Airport. This is our second stay and it was as pleasant as the first, the food in the restaurant is excellent. Only thing for us was the bed was a bit wobbly, waking up each time one of us moved! It didn't spoil our experience or make us not stay there again.

The location near the airport was primary reason for choice. Our room was described as deluxe but did not feel like it. The bedding was beautiful,high quality and comfortable
