"Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff also very attentive. Very modern place, which wouldn’t be an issue if the basics were all there. But our aircon was broken (someone came to open a window and that was fine for us) and we didn’t have any shower gel. Plus the hand soap is locked so you can’t even take it to the shower. I’d rather normal light switches and less fancy decoration but with those basics sorted. "

"Good location to Messe Bremen halls. Good size room, although initially advertised as having a divider in between beds. Breakfast was one of the worst at 16€ per person. Intercontinental with dried croissants and cheese that has been out too long that it hardly taste like cheese. WiFi doesn’t always connect, you would expect having booked one of the most expensive rooms to have decent internet access. Really good hot high pressure showers, but let down by insufficient soap. Stayed for 4 nights and not once was the empty container ever filled up. I go once a year to Bremen for a conference. Sadly, would not return to this hotel, expected better being a IHG branded hotel.
