Sehr schönes Hotel in Elazig Türkei

Ich bin so positiv überrascht, Sehr schönes Hotel, ich habe mich so wohl gefühlt wie zuhause. Seher netter Personal, Schön eingerichtete Zimmer Komfort Sauber und Schön. Starkes W-Lan Netz, Moderne Saubere Duschen und WC. So viele Leckere Sorten bei offene Büffet glaube ich nicht das man überall findet. Ich war Operiert wegen Implantate konnte nicht viele davon kosten aber ist super für Gäste von Ramada. Meine zuhause für alle Zeiten Urlaub in Elazig

Drumherum nette Cafes, ruhige Lage aber auch nicht weit weg von der Stadt Aber : Das Personal am Empfang unfreundlich, der Spa Bereich ist vorhanden lässt aber zu wünschen übrig. Nachdem Auschecken, kam doch tatsächlich der Portier mir hinterher auf den Parklplatz, und sagte es sei nicht "alles" bezahlt worden (Bez. erfolgte über KK) ? Die wollten doch tatsächlich noch Geld von mir, weil angeblich nicht der Gesamtbetrag vom Konto abgebucht werden konnte. Dies habe ich anhand meiner schriftl. Bestätigung von Expedia wiederlegen können. Es war mir trotzdem sehr unagenehm. Ich persönlich werde das Ramada / Elazig keinen meiner Freunde und Bekannten empfehlen.

VASAT SERVİS :(

1- Elazığlı bir arkadaşım tavsiyesi üzerine www.hotels.com üzerinden çift kişilik yatak olmak üzere rezervasyonumu yaptım. Otele giriş yaptığımda kaydımı bulamadıklarından 15 dakika kadar Resepsiyon önünde bekledim. Daha sonra odamın hazır olduğunu söylediler ve Belboy bana eşlik ederek 111 numaralı odamı gösterdi. İçeriye girdiğimde 2 adet tek kişik yatak olduğunu gördüm ve Belboy'a çift kişilik tek bir yatak mümkün müdür diye sordum ve malesef cevabını aldım. Oysaki Resepsiyonda bu bilgi bana verilebilseydi belki rezervasyonumu tekrar değerlendirebilirdim, ama ÖNDEN BİLGİ VERİLMEDİ. 2- Oda içinde yerde sigara jelatini vardı. 3- Oda yemek servisi ile Hamburger siparişi verdim, Hamburger ekmeği buz gibiydi. Yerken hiç ZEVK ALMADIM. 4- 2.ci gün Elazığ turuna çıkıp otel'e geri döndüğümde gün içinde genel temizlik için oda'ya girilmediğini gördüm. Yanlış bilmiyor ise kat görevlileri (eğer müşteri rahatsız etmeyin işaretini koymamış ise) gün içinde odayı ziyaret ederek müşteri eşyalarına dokunmadan bir temizlik yapar, yatak düzenler, mini bar ve banyoda eksik şampuan, saç kremi, vücut jeli vs gibi eksikleri tamamlar. Malesef temizlik yapılmadığı gibi mini barda su, banyoda şampuan, saç kremi, duş jeli gibi ürünlerin yerine yenisi KONULMAMIŞ olduğunu gördüm. Sabah duş alabilmek içinde Resepsiyondan istemek zorunda kaldım. Otel orta düzeyde ama Servise daha önem verilmesi gerektiğine inanmaktayım.
