「Positive: Very nice property in a lovely location; kayaks and paddle boards available free of charge, clean comfortable rooms, hot showers with strong water pressure, good breakfast Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean.」

All of the staff were incredibly inviting and helpful the entire time from arranging Taxis to get me to do day trips to shuttles on elsewhere I needed to go and best of all there is a pool to help cool off considering how incredibly hot it can be in Nicaragua.
