"Really excellent place to stay in the heart of the city even with all the construction. You can walk just about anywhere from here including the beach, multiple cathedrals etc. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the daily breakfast spread was fantastic in my opinion. The 30 minute per day per guest spa room was a great addition and a really good way to start or end your day. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We did not use the spa facilities. The staff, especially the front desk, and in particular Sergi, were excellent. Possibly the most helpful and efficient front desk staff we have ever encountered at any hotel. The room cleaning staff could have been more focused. They did not clean the dirty wine glasses and left towels for one fay and two people only. More towels would have been appreciated. Overall, an excellent staff and facilities. The daily buffet style breakfast was exceptional. We will sing the praises of this hotel to our friends/family. we will return to this hotel in the future. "

"The hotel was excellent, along with the staff. Once you get out of the immediate area, it was fantastic, close to everything! Just stay away from walking thru the back alleys at and use main roads, it will be fine."
