Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spacious Desert Oasis is in a quiet cul de sac with access to highway 10, plenty of shopping, the sunland mall and racetrack. this rental is 22 minutes from the El Paso Airport and Ft. Bliss. This rental is also great for entertaining with its open 1st floor, back yard space and putting green! Putters available!
The bottom floor is opened from the living room, to kitchen, to dining room with plenty of space! the 2nd floor leads to the main bedroom with a Queensize bed and its own bathroom and jacuzzi tub, followed by two smaller rooms with queensize beds and a bathroom with shower in the hall. the upstairs also has two balconies.

The neighborhood is located in a dead end street in the beautiful westside of El Paso, with quick access to restaurants, shops and the highway.
Parking is available in the garage and driveway.
1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 500 dollar fee if the property smells like smoke.
2. No parties: The property is intended for quiet enjoyment. Please respect the peace and privacy of the neighbors. This property is close to the freeway and you may experience noise from the backyard side of the house and the main bedroom but we ask you still attempt to keep noise levels down. Please clean up after entertaining .500 dollar fee if we find a party was thrown.
3. Grill and Fire Pit Use: Never under any circumstances leave a grill or FirePit unattended. Do not operate the FirePit under windy conditions or if there is an air quality advisory in effect that day.
3. No pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless explicitly approved by the host in advance. Violation of this rule may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
4. Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 4:00PM, and check-out time is 10:00AM. Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
5. Noise level: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and the comfort of other guests nearby. Quiet hours in place from 10PM-7AM.
6. Guest limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
7. Respect the property: Treat the house and its amenities with care. Report any damages or issues immediately to the host. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused during their stay. The gas fireplace starter battery has been removed and gas fireplace usage is currently not included in amenities. Any replacement of the battery and usage by guest will add an extra charge of $50-200.
