"I was erroneously charged for the airport park and stay. I never registered nor used the service but was surprised to see an additional $50 charge upon my receipt. The front desk staff said they thought I used the park and ride, which implies they simply add this charge and hope people don’t question it. I highly recommend to always request your receipt at this location. The front desk stay advised me her manager would handle the refund. I will say they handled the refund within the same day. "

"It’s an older Motel 6. The room was clean if you were traveling by yourself and your female just be aware that it is in a high traffic area and there are transient around. I am a 56-year-old female and did not feel unsafe, but I also lived in El Paso for many years, so I’m familiar with the area. "
