"Everything was great except there was no hot water. Taking cold showers for 2 days was no fun. They said it was because they were at full capacity which seemed like a pretty poor excuse."

"This room was cute and comfortable. I’m gonna give cleanliness seven out of 10 just because you could tell the bare minimum was done and that’s OK. The green room/patio was remarkable. I love the outdoor shower and the comfort of that area. I will say the hammock pictured was not usable Due to cleanliness issues and mold. However, all the plants made the area incredible. Do not expect a working coffee pot with the amenities of coffee or other beverages. Buy those before entering the property. I bought my own French press to use in the room as the coffee pots did not seem sanitized. The bed was comfortable, but not great. The bedding was very clean. The host was easy to contact initially upon arriving very important fact to take into consideration is that the address listed is not the correct address I had to reach out to the host who had to share a landmark for me to map in order to find the residence, this was a little offputting early on as I followed the address listed on Expedia and was in a completely different city. I was traveling alone, so this was intrepid for me. Also, if you’re doing any type of remote work or streaming entertainment, beware of the Wi-Fi connection it may be better to bring your own Wi-Fi as the connection threw me out of my meeting several times the AC and the lighting were incredible with remotes. The lock codes for the front door and the green room were great. With a little more intention this could be a 10 out of 10 rental."

"The location is absolutely amazing! Very clean and comfortable! Could have used a few more bathroom towels for a family of four but the washer and dryer work well so not a problem. Do not hang clothing on the outside hooks, this is not allowed and comes with a fine. Overall great stay and very secure! All of the guests we met throught the trip at the location were amazing! Will definitely vist for a third time! The west coast is amazing!"
