「If I could give this a 10 plus, I would. This house had everything you could possibly want. Very comfortable and a quiet neighborhood. The back yard is fantastic. Our stay in March had record heat so we got to use the pool everyday. Ashley was a fantastic host!」

「This property is located close the intersection of the HWY 101 and HWY 17, which makes it convenient. The property was clean. The bathrooms are up to date with new fixtures. If you are looking for a clean, well-situated place to launch your Phoenix visits, this will work for you. I would describe the interior furnishings as "minimalist" or sparse at best.」

「We were in town for Reds Spring Training games. We enjoyed staying at this condo. It’s an older condo but it has been well kept/updated and it is conveniently located for whatever activity or for wherever you want to go. Covered parking, tennis/pickleball courts, and pool were right across from the condo. Beds were super comfortable, lots of room, and clean. The area is beautiful. 「It was a perfect house for my adult children, spouses, and grandchild. The backyard was our favorite place with so many fun things to do, especially the pool with a huge assortment of pool toys.」

A/C worked well and the kitchen was well stocked! We also liked the location as it is close to the Westgate shopping and entertainment area. We enjoyed our stay!」

「This property was absolutely perfect for our trip to PHX for spring training! Easy access to freeways to get to the ballparks, the pool was awesome after long days in the sun, and the house was a great size and number/types of beds for my family of 6 (including 3 adult children). The Pac-Man game was a fun bonus as well. :) The hosts were very responsive and communicative as well. We will be back! 」
