La regadera olía a orines, no hay agua en la propiedad , no hay televisores en los cuartos para el precio que pagas no vale la pena los cuartos huelen a medicina las toallas parece que no han comprado nuevas desde que construyeron el lugar no lo recomiendo

La vista es muy buena, pero en cuanto a la habilitacion, el Jacuzzi no esta limpio, las sábanas y cubrecama con mal olor y ducha no tenía agua caliente.

Hotel by the lake. We had to wait until 5pm to checkin. We were able to wait by the pool and have a drink from the restaurant next door. The view was spectacular but when we were led to our room, it was literally under the pool dining area. It felt like a cave. When we turned the hot tub water on it had a very bad smell so we did not use. The room was spacious with a kitchenette that we did not use, only the fridge. The bed was a king but the sheets smelled and there was only a light sheet/ cover. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on the lake, next door, and that was amazing especially at sunset. The pool at night was a lovely cool down. The grounds were beautiful especially with the view of the lake. Overall it was a rating of 8 .

La hora de entrada son las 16:00 inflexible entrar antes, aunque lo pedí , estuve 1h y media esperando. La piscina tiene trozos caídos que cortan, yo mismo me corté en un dedo. Sus supuestos responsables están allí tomando cervezas con amigos y música, dejé unas gafas de sol donde luego se pusieron ellos y casualidad que desaparecieron.. único bueno la limpieza y localización

The best villas on the lake! Very beautiful, clean, serene and close to a bunch of restaurants, boat rides, jet ski! Internet is fast, nicely furnished and spacious rooms with cold AC. Showers with hot water(yes in most properties we visited there was lukewarm water and no hot water). The infinity pool is sparkling and gorgeous! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. If you book this property contact them via WhatsApp for exact address. Expedia and maps have the address wrong - far away in Santa Ana, not the lake. Short drive to the volcano and park. A must try is to swim in lake where the hot springs flow in. It’s a short boat ride from the villas.

It was such a treat to stay at this property. The glamping was so gorgeous, beautiful view so relaxing and romantic, loved every minute. Plan to go back with friends and will take the glamping again.

We arrived during a tropical storm so the weather conditions were not ideal, however the hotel staff made it as pleasant and comfortable as they could and it showed!

If you are looking for technology entertainment it is not that friendly because TV only had one channel however there is wifi but there are plenty of water activities to do. But everything was spectacular. I would definitely book again.

Beautiful view and clean, only thing I would recommend is for someone to stay overnight for the well being of the guest, during my stay, there was a group of guest that were being loud past 10pm until I asked them to please keep it down and the gate was left open..so an overnight guard would be beneficial for the safety and comfort for everyone staying there. I would have given it 5 stars if it wouldn't of been for that.
