Staff was great, clean , full breakfast nice, water pressure poor in room, not very hot showers takes more than 7 minutes to heat up, lumpy pillows, and the fan comes on randomly, you can’t turn it off, or adjust at all, pool cold. Love having the mini fridge, & microwave

The people atmosphere & breakfast make it worth it
The people & breakfast made it worth it. The staff are genuinely kind and friendly. The breakfast was jusy what needed. The room was good. I like the separate from the bedroom sitting area with a tv. The sofa was worn/looked a bit dingy & needed a comfy cover if not replaced. The lights had some electrical issues and one lamp was dusty. The shower/plumbing was a little lacking on water pressure and effectiveness. The Netflix remote buttons were a little lousy and the Samsung Smart tv had sound issues with moments of cutting out occasionally. Most of the pillows were lumpy. The rooms weren't soundproof, so I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. I was disappointed that the laundry was an extra cost instead of being included. There were stray cats outside (I'm terribly allergic). I was given an upgrade upon arrival, which was thoughtful/kind, but wasn't given options. I was put on the 4th floor & would have preferred ground level or the 2nd. Even with the critiques, I'm satisfied.

When i got to my room, the carpet in my room had just been shampooed, and it was soaking wet! My socks were soaked! They offered to move me later, after I complained. They should KNOW if a room has been shampooed. Not impressed at all with this place for over $200.

Everything was great. The Staff was very friendly. My only complain was my sink got backed up the morning that i was leaving and the water coming out with debris from the sink. i awoke and saw it liked that.

This hotel over did themselves! We were amazed at how nice and friendly everyone was! The Night Shift lady was so helpful and patient with us . The breakfast was delicious and they even went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The beds were so comfortable and everything was super clean! We will definitely come Back to this hotel :) thank you to all the staf on Aug 25/26!
