L'albergo era chiuso e noi abbiamo dovuto dormire

Siamo arrivati a El Calafate e abbiamo scoperto che l'albergo era chiuso da circa un anno. Expedia non ci aveva informato, anzi aveva confermato la prenotazione (per US$ 474,00). Eravamo in viaggio di nozze e visto che era alta stagione non abbiamo trovato posto nemmeno in ostell. Abbiamo dormito in stazione. Terribile esperienza. Mai piú Expedia, mai più Patagonia Rebelde!

Affordable charm

This is a charming, no frills hotel that makes for a perfect stay in El Calafate. You get a nice, clean room, super friendly staff, a charming sense of being in an historic town, even as the town itself modernizes, and you're a short walk down a dirt road to the center of town.
