Excellent shower and comfortable bed but the room needs some good cleaning! Air condition was very good. Parking was easy but the hotel needs some good deep cleaning! Overall had a good night sleep. The water pressure for the shower was out of this world.

The room and hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, it had attached a cafe/bar with a good range of food and drinks at a very reasonable. Easy on street parking directly outside the hotel. The hotel is dog friendly and our dog got a bag of treats on arrival. Would definitely recommend this hotel 😁🐕

This hotel was excellent especially considering the price. We found the staff from the front desk to the maid very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and huge. but plain. The bus to the center of the city stopped just across the street from the hotel. Parking was free! While we at first didn't like area the hotel was in, we found out from the front desk that a short 5-minute drive away had some of the best local restaurants in town. Mall 5 minutes away. Airport 6 minutes, Entrance to the Interstate 5 minutes. And the best was a very simple locals coffee shop on the first floor of the hotel that has really great coffees. AC Worked perfectly. We will stay again.

The room was spacious and faced west, so wonderfully cool in the morning. Staff were lovely and helped us a lot with our dismal ability to speak Spanish. Everything well maintained and the one small problem we had was quickly dealt with. Breakfast was good with fresh squeezed oranges & excellent coffee.we had a couple of evening meals which were fine- and always enjoyed a nightcap wherever we might have been. Location perfect for busses to Santander, plus a handy supermarket. Being located at the back we were never disturbed at mighty and would recommend it to anyone wh did not want to drive much on the right. Mind you., the location is conducive to driving anywhere!

Good hotel for overnight stay.

We stayed overnight as our ferry back to the UK was midday. It's about a 10 minute drive to get to the Ferry port. Hotel had good size beds, nice hot showers and the food in the café was decent standard at a good price. We travelled with our dog who was allowed in the cafe, which was a bonus for us. There's a restaurant with an outside terrace which we didn't see or use as the weather wasn't good enough. Staff all friendly. Would certainly stay here again.

Food was poor, wine was a dribble for €2.50. Waiter never cleared plates even though we left 1.5 hours after visiting. Room was clean, water Luke warm both on arrival and in the morning 9am. Bar closes at 3,, re-opens at 7. No where close y to go. Staff friendly though. Would I stay again, unfortunately not.

The welcome was good. The receptionist was friendly, quick and efficient. Plenty of free parking. Room overcrowded with an extra bed taking up most of the floor space. Superficially clean but bedside tables were very dusty and best not to look under the bed. Lovely hot shower. The area was very noisy at night. Breakfast was included and was a selection of 2 items from the counter. No vegetarian savoury but huge pastries, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Great value and convenient for the ferry.

The hotel was ok as a necessary stopover, but I felt it could have done with a lick of paint and a good clean. The floor wasn’t clean - my bare feet bore the evidence. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean either. The receptionist was ok, as was the breakfast.
