The living/dining room has an exit leading to a private patio. There is also a double bedroom with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV (flat screen). Additionally, the unit has an alcove without a window, which provides another sleeping facility (1 x 100 cm, length 180 cm). The large, open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The property also features a bath/shower/WC.
