Wonderful - as always. This is the best hotel in Eindhoven- It is centrally located close to shops,restaurants and the train station. The rooms are quiet and very luxurious. I have stayed there several times - and always happy with it.

Could not fault this hotel . Location , room. Staff all excellent. Breakfast was vast in choice, omelettes to order and staff happy friendly and helpful. Outside a variety of restaurants and shopping station 100 yards away . So would give this hotel a10 out of 10.

Location, perfect service, class

Fantastic hotel with perfect service in the heart of Eindhoven. Room was a bit cold, but reception staff were too kind to fix that. Clean, classy design - you can never mistake NH Collection with another brand. The only missing thing is a parking. The outside parking cost us the price of the room.

Fabulous hotel in central Eindhoven

The NH was very conveniently located in central Eindhoven, opposite the railway station, and near the shops and restaurants. It was not noisy. The rooftop bar gave stunning views of the city at night. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and light, with fast wifi, a safe and fridge. The breakfast was outstanding.

It was spectacular.

I have been traveling around the world with my children for a long time, but I really need to say something about this hotel: Reception 10/10. All the ladies I had the opportunity to speak to at the reception were very friendly,polite I felt really welcomed, they asked me to make myself comfortable and if I needed anything, I should not hesitate to talk to them. On our second night I needed help because I had not bought milk for my 3-year-old daughter and they asked me to go to the restaurant without hesitation and I was immediately helped. In our room we found some treats for the children and for me, we were really happy. For our first time in Eindhoven, you guys really made our trip worthwhile. Spectacular breakfast, has everything. I really felt that what I paid for this stay was worth it. The GM of this hotel has really done an excellent job (WOW) We will definitely be back. Thank you

I have lots of mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms were modern, updated, and very large but set at 20 degrees and we couldn't increase the heat so our room was freezing. The shower wouldn't drain and some of the towels were threadbare with holes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice touch having water and snacks in the foyer for when you arrive. The location is where all the action is so very walkable to all the shops and restaurants. We opted for the breakfast in the hotel and was one of the nicest we have had at any of the hotels during our road trip through Netherlands and Belgium and all were quite good so that is saying something. One huge negative is no on-site parking. There are only 3 pull in spots to check in and it is on a one way so very difficult to double back to get to the shopping centre parking garage that is across the street. Add to it that on the day we were leaving there was a marathon so the entire street was blocked off- thank goodness this wasn't check in day otherwise not sure what we would have done. If you have a car I would highly recommend staying somewhere else, way too much hassle on top of stress arriving in a new place in a very busy hectic area. Other than those few hiccups it was a nice hotel in a good area.
