"We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "Leider wurden die Zimmer nicht gereinigt und nach Anfrage wurde mir zugesagt das es morgen gereinigt wird. Leider blieb es aber dabei keine Reinigung und keiner brachte frische Handtücher, die musste ich mir selber holen. Wegen Corona müsste man sich vorab für die Reinigung anmelden. Was allerdings auch nicht beim Check in erwähnte wurde. "
