Hi Lisa, Thank you for your feedback.Our hotel is just 7 minutes away from the biggest mall in Alberta and also located in the place where we have so many restaurants, supermarkets and transportation. I do apologize if it doesn't fit your expectations, I am sure that our team have done their part to make sure your stay is comfortable. A complimentary 1-night stay under a nonrefundable booking and a complimentary dinner at our sister restaurant is the best practice that our team offered to make it right for you and your family.
