"Check in was fast. They were able to accommodate with or without pet in short notice. The one thing is the room smelled stale. They have old carpets and likely that was it. Bed was actually very comfortable for the one night we stayed."

"We required a hotel close to Royal Alexandria hospital. I liked that a key card was needed for the elevator and parking. The key card was needed after 10:00 pm for the lobby. It was nice to have a bathtub! I missed not having a fridge or microwave in the room. The staff did offer to put either or both in the room upon arrival. If that had been communicated to me prior to my stay; I would have packed food/snacks differently. The offer upon arrival, was too late."

"Hit tub jets didn’t work, looked like it could be cleaner and use some new carpet but decent value and location for the price and the staff were good."
