We had a decent stay overall, but there were a few things that could have been better.
The biggest issue was the AC. It was stuck at 23°C and wouldn’t cool the unit any further, which made the space quite uncomfortable. When we reached out to the host, he suggested turning the AC off, but we weren’t given any further instructions or assistance after that.
The kitchen was also missing a few basic items. There were no baking sheets to use in the oven and no bottle opener, so if you’re planning to cook or enjoy a bottle of wine, you may want to bring your own.
We also didn’t find any information or brochure outlining check-in/check-out instructions or expectations, which left us feeling a little disorganized during our stay. The host seemed nice and was pleasant to deal with, but we felt the stay could have been managed a bit better.
Lastly, the laundry area had a very strong, unpleasant smell that seemed moldy, which was another downside.
Overall, the property has potential, but better communication, a few basic amenities, and some attention to the AC and laundry area would make for a much more comfortable stay.
