Watch the city go by from your balcony at Cambridge Lofts. Inside, exposed pipes and concrete floors give the space its industrial character. You can head out for dinner on foot, catch the train from the building, or settle in for a longer stay with your own kitchen and laundry.

You’re booking the entire loft, including the private balcony. The building lobby, common areas, and lower-level connection to Central LRT Station are shared.



For your first arrival, follow the entry instructions sent before check-in. You’ll use a given pin at the building intercom and a separate smart-lock code at the loft door.

We’re available through the booking platform if you have questions or need help during your stay. Please message us if anything needs attention so we can help.



We manage the loft remotely. There is no 24-hour on-site guest service.

Cambridge Lofts sits on Jasper Avenue in downtown Edmonton. Walk to Rice Howard Way for coffee or dinner, head toward the River Valley for time outdoors, or catch a game or concert at Rogers Place. For trips farther afield, you can reach Central LRT Station from inside the building.

Explore downtown Edmonton on foot, with restaurants, entertainment, and transit close to the loft.

⦿ 10–15 minutes to Rogers Place and ICE District

⦿ Edmonton’s River Valley is nearby, with walking time depending on your chosen trail entrance

✔ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT

This property requires a $250 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.





✔ DOWNTOWN CORE

The loft overlooks Jasper Avenue in downtown Edmonton, so you may hear traffic and street activity during your stay.



Downtown is a diverse community where people live, work, and visit. You may also encounter people experiencing homelessness. As in any busy city centre, we encourage guests to stay aware of their surroundings.





✔ PARKING

There is no parkade in the building, and parking is not included with your stay. You have two nearby options.



⦿ Street Parking: City of Edmonton street parking is best for short stays. Pay through the HotSpot app or scan the QR code on the posted EPark sign. On Jasper Avenue, check the signs for weekday rush-hour restrictions before leaving your vehicle. Vehicles parked in a marked tow-away zone may be towed.



⦿ Private Parking: For longer stays, check parking options at The Westin Edmonton, Scotia Place, or ATB Place. You can search the Impark website using the loft address, 10024 Jasper Avenue NW, or check the hangTag app for participating lots. Some locations may offer early-bird rates. For overnight stays, confirm the overnight rate and when you can access your vehicle.



NOTE: We recommend underground parking for overnight stays. Please take your valuables with you. We do not recommend the Rice Howard parking option.



✔ SECURITY DEVICES

There are no cameras inside the loft.



One security camera outside the loft’s main door monitors the entrance. It records motion-activated events.



A noise-level monitor measures volume without recording sounds or conversations. The building also has cameras in shared common areas, with 24-hour surveillance.
