You have full and total access of the suite, as advertised, during your stay. Our home has a self check-in electronic lock with keyless entry, so should you arrive later in the evening, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying about keys during your stay.

We do not live on site, therefore, while we do our best to ensure we provide as much of the comforts of home as possible, we may not always know if something is missing or damaged. If you notice anything missing or in need of repair, please let us know so we can make things right.

✦ Self check-in · Easily check yourself in with our electronic lock on the front door of the private entrance. Codes will be provided to you after you book with us.

✦HOST INITIATED VERIFICATION✦
We are an API-connected software host, which means that in accordance with Airbnb’s terms of service, we are permitted to implement “offline fees” to collect a security deposit outside of the Airbnb platform. All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.

✦ We have a verification process in place for all reservations. A $500 security deposit will be collected prior to check-in. This deposit is simply a pre-authorization and will be automatically released after check-out (provided there are no damages, missing items, etc.). A signed short-term rental agreement along with a valid ID is also required prior to your stay.

✦NO AIR- CONDITIONING✦
This unit does not have air conditioning. AC is not common in Edmonton homes. The city's climate typically doesn't require it, however, it may get warm on occasion, therefore fans are provided for your comfort. PLEASE DO NOT book this unit if you are sensitive to heat.

✦PARKING RESTRICTIONS✦
Due to our close proximity to Commonwealth Stadium, the city enforces strict street parking restrictions during major events. Please read all signage carefully, as we do not provide parking permits and are not responsible for any parking-related fines or towing.

✦EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT✦
We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but we allow a 1-hour flexibility with 24-hour notice. A $35 fee applies for early check-ins or late check-outs, subject to approval, as its not always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we'll notify you.

✦LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS✦
Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings left behind after your stay. We recommend thoroughly checking the property before departing. Items left behind will be stored for 14 days and then either donated or discarded. Coordinating pickup or delivery of forgotten items will incur a fee.

✦MAIL & PARCELS✦
We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, please connect with a local post office to find out about renting a post office box. For bigger parcel deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are not responsible to retrieve mail or parcels on your behalf.

✦CANCELLATIONS✦
We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. If you wish to protect yourself from unexpected last minute cancellations, please consider purchasing your own travel insurance to obtain the level of protection you desire.

✦ Profiles with less than 4 stars cannot use instant booking, and such reservations may be cancelled if the reservation is confirmed through the system. New profiles without reviews will be manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.

✦ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP if it is an urgent matter, but there is no on site staff 24/7.

Beautifully styled , clean home

Amazing! Everything we needed and then some. Thought about all the details on what would make an vacation rental actually feel like home! Nice fenced yard for pets. Garage for your car. Easy check in. Comfortable beds. Very clean, beautifully styled! I even took photos of decor ideas for my own home. Would definitely stay again.

Stay was great, house was new and in really good condition. Only issue was no A/C so was a little on warm side due to high temperature outside but owners supplied multiple fans that helped keep things cool All in all was a great stay
