Odalar bakımsız leş gibi. Kirli olduğu için değişiklik yapalım dediğimde diğer odaları da aynı kişi temizleri bundan farksız cevabı alıyosunuz.Banyo ve tuvalet temizliği konusunda sıfır. Biraz daha zorlasalar hastalık kaparsınız. Otelde yeterli personel yok. Akşam dışarı çıkıp gelince hırsız girmiş gibi davranıyorlar.0 bile değil puanım. Şikayet bildirince bakarız diyorlar

Im frühstücksbereich ist eine küchenschabe an meinen füßen vorbeigelaufen. Das mobiliar ist veraltet und es gab vom aufzug bis ins zimmer überall flecken/verunreinigungen und fingerabdrücke... das personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Könnte besser werden

Die Wartung der Klimaanlage wurde nicht ordnunggemäß durchgeführt daher kam ein muffiges geruch. Die Zimmer sind den Jahren entsprechend wurden in den letzten Jahren keine renovierungen druchgeführt. Für eine Nacht zu übernachtung aber ausreichend.

Vasat bir konaklamaydı

Vasat bir otel. Personel kötüydü. 3 ve 4 kişi konaklayacağımız belli iken odalarda 2 adet yüz ve 2 adet banyo havlusu ve bir adet şampuan-sabun seti vardı. Görevlilerden istediğimizde hemen temin edemediler. Bir süre beklemek ve iki kere aramak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı da vasat idi. Temizlik fena değildi. Yılın en sıcak günüydü. Klimalar ve soğutmaları iyi olan tek şeydi. Yine de günübirlik konaklamalar için idare eder. Bu yüzden otel gurbetçi kaynıyordu.

Son derece kötü yönetilen bir otel Resepsiyon daki elemanlar iyiydi, onun dışında otelin genel temizliği kötü , personel yetersiz ve eğitimsiz Açıkçası Ramada markasına aldandım 2 yıldız bile temiz oteller daha iyi 3. Kat koridor ları yemek kokuyor du Sordum personel yemeği pişiyor onun kokusu dur diye cevap aldım

Ramada kalitesinden çok uzak. Standartın aşağısında. Kahvaltı çok kötü, ürünler çok kötü. Oda servisi yok denecek gibi bir durumda. Soğuktu. Ancak misafir ilişkileri ve ekip güzeldi. Otelin sıkıntısı daha çok üst yönetim ile ilgili. Şartların iyileştirilmesi gerekli.

Ein sehr schmutziges Hotel, sogar die Handtücher und Toilettenpapier muss man selbst holen, da im Zimmer keine vorhanden sind, eine Schande für Wyndham, man sollte dieses Hotel nicht anbieten.
