典型的なイギリス式のB&B。百㍀もした割には部屋は非常に狭い。壁も薄く、廊下や隣の部屋の声、いびきは全部聞こえる。WiFiは速い。朝食は充実。

Manager was nice and helpful and overall property was clean. We could hear a lot of noise during the night and sounded like someone was being sick. TV didn't work properly and missing lights, We had a double room which was ok for the one night we stayed, however shower was very small with a high step in. This was definitely a B&B, not a hotel and should be priced as such.

Nettes Personal, direkte Busanbindung zum Zentrum. Leider sehr hellhörig und die Sauberkeit, schwierig . Aber ein für Scottland gutes Frühstück.

Humble Presentation, Exceptional Staff
Overall the establishment was dated and the paint chipping etc. But the service was exceptional with the staff being the most professional and lovely. Well worth the stay.

Nice quaint hotel with personal service. A little dated and needs a deeper clean but not unpleasant. Breakfast was nice and cooked to order.

Good value and conveniently suituated
very convenient for the city, able to leave the car and take a bus ride into the city centre. Fairly basic, but very friendly and had adequate facilities for a short city break. Would regard the stay as good value, and will stay again in the future.

Loved that this hotel was right next to the bus stop which helped us a lot. The included breakfast was also really nice and staff were helpful! The room was a bit small and cramped, but overall met our needs. My only complaint is that the mattress on the top bunk was TERRIBLE. Luckily with an extra down comforter beneath me I was able to sleep, but without that I don't think the bed would have been bearable.

Good value for money, very easy to get to and from both the airport and the city Centre. Bed was comfortable and breakfast in the morning much appreciated.

Excellent for the price
Clean and comfy Rooms. Owner and his wife are very helpful. Excellent breakfast. 5 miles from the old city but there is a bus stop in front.

Just great!
Very helpful owner. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. Excellent breakfast prepared on the spot by the owner and his wife.

Very good location. Bus stops right outside. Enjoyed my morning breakfast. All in all enjoyed my stay. Ill agree with other reviews and say the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours and they you, so be mindful of that when staying.

Perfect
I have stayed two nights at the hotel and I'm so pleased. Staff is kind and helpful and rooms are clean. Since the bus station is so close, it takes just 20 mins to arrive the city centre.

The property was well located for the airport both by car and public transport . There are plenty of dining options nearby. Service was friendly and rooms were clean.

Lovely little hotel with friendly attentive staff. Had to amend my booking which was done very quickly and efficiently beautiful breakfast and a nice little rest stop 😊

This property is not what we were expecting booking through Expedia. It is worn out and not comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful but we would not recommend it or stay here again.

La camera era meno di 8 mq bagno compreso , non c'era posto per le 2 valigie, tutte le volte che si usava l'acqua si attivava una qualche pompa che faceva fracasso per 20 minuti, la stanza dava su una strada frequentata, con la finestra che non chiudeva bene, per cui rumorosa. La colazione poco invitante Detto questo il personale è stato gentile, il posto sembrava pulito. La fermata dell'autobus davanti all'hotel Se avessi speso 50 euro a notte avrei detto perlomeno ho risparmiato, ma 150 euro sono veramente esagerati, non è certo un 3 stelle, ne vale a malapena 1.

L'unica parte DECENTE era la posizione e l'aver avuto la fermata dell'autobus proprio attaccata all'albergo, il resto è stato indecente, camera veramente piccola tanto da non poter aprire 2 valigie contemporaneamente, abbiamo trovato polvere come se non passassero a pulire decentemente da mesi, bagno trovato con lo specchio tutto sporco di schizzi del dentifricio e nel cestino c'era un assorbente, il letto non ci si poteva muovere che era uno scricchiolio unico, le pulizie che dovevano fare non le facevano, lasciavano solo gli asciugamani puliti e tiravano su le lenzuola senza neanche sistemare il letto, il cestino neanche veniva cambiato seppur era colmo, la carta igienica non la mettevano mai, ogni volta che aprivamo l'acqua della doccia o del lavandino, o si tirava quella del water, partiva una pompa che faceva un casino assurdo. Muri finissimi che si sentiva qualsiasi minimo rumore delle stanze a fianco. Un Horror Hotel.

Disappointing
Receptionist was lovely and welcoming but unfortunately although the room was adequate the water pressure on the en suite was bad. My main reason for the rating was the terrible sound proofing. We could hear every word the next door bedroom guests said until they went to sleep and woke up when other guests came back later, then we were woken by the chef talking loudly in the morning as the breakfast room was next to our bedroom This hotel was ok for one night but for more than that, I feel the above would become a real issue

Reaonable.and comfortable.
A nice stay, the service was excellent and very friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean including the en-suite. However it was bit cramped I believe they must have added the en-suite. The overall decor was a bit jaded but ok. The breakfast was well cooked and served quickly maybe a decent coffee machine would enhance the breakfast. However I would recommend this hotel for a short stay Edinburgh Zoo was 10 minutes walk and pubs restaurants just a little bit further.
