Stylish, spacious and recently renovated Georgian 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of UNESCO New Town - central yet a quiet and picturesque location, only 30 seconds walk to the West End of Princes Street.

A stunning, and fully equipped apartment with an abundance of natural light, and beautiful views overlooking the West End.

The apartment is situated in the most prestigious area of Edinburgh City Centre and is within walking distance to all famous city attractions and the Airport tram stop.


The Apartment:
The apartment is located over a vast expanse of the second floor, with stylish finishes and luxury interiors.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests.

There's two bathrooms, one en-suite to the first bedroom and with a bath tub. The other bathroom is a shared shower room between guests in the other two rooms.

Includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dining area.

A comfortable and super spacious living room with SKY TV, free Wi-Fi, and a speaker.

Great place to stay for families!

This property worked well for our family and family friend. There was plenty of room and a great location. The only thing I didn't know (but could have missed in the listing) was that there was two narrow flights of stairs to access the apartment. That was fine for us but maybe not all. There was also road construction out front that made it slightly complicated to reach the front door and was a bit loud in the morning but I'm sure is only temporary.

Great Place!

This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed at. It was so clean and spacious. The location was great. You could walk to most places. Chris was quick to respond and courteous. The videos he send la before your arrival are super helpful. My only advice would be, if you have a car, to use the parking app Chris provides and reserve a space before you arrive. We had a great time!

Great place, central to everything

This is a great property- very clean and comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere and see lots of sites in Edinburgh. This is near good restaurants and shopping. Chris was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks!

Lovely apartment

This apartment is huge! Ample space for our family. The owner is prompt with any issues. He came and unclogged the sink while we were touring the countryside, thanks again by the way! I was rather fascinated with the apartment itself. Beautiful crown molding and the window shutters are really neat. Now I want to dig into the history of the building. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
