  • We are a quiet little boutique Motel in beautiful Edgewater Florida. We provide free self-parking to guests and we are close enough to walk to a couple restaurants and a convenient store. Come stay with us for your getaway or local event. We have a large outdoor pool for your enjoyment and nice for social gatherings. Your room includes one queen bed and a futon couch that can be open as another bed to accommodate your entire family. Our rooms are kept clean and well maintained. Everything you need is here for your short or long-term stay.

So much potential! Cute and 60's feeling with all the tile. That lovely blue wall needs a manatee or dolphin or something painted on it! There was no coffee table, so surface area was really limited. It would be nice if the floor was cleaned more often while I was there (there were a few dead bugs that accumulated).

We were there for the weekend and this property was everything we needed. We came to spend the weekend at the beach and needed a place to lay our head, and this was perfect. This property is just a hop and a skip away from the beach. Anytime we need a place to stay this will be our spot. The room was clean, oh and that hot water was WONDERFUL!!! At least to me, my other half wasn’t too crazy about it lol.
